Community Organizations and Individuals

Concept:
To assist your organization in raising funds, we offer 15% of our Gross Sales (less sales
tax) generated with your help.

Details:
We will assign you a “weekend” (Saturday & Sunday) for you to encourage your
fiends, family, co-workers, etc to shop at our Garden Center. The sales that are
generated by your efforts will be calculated and 15% of the Gross Sales (less sales tax)
will be donated to your organization.

Materials:
We will provide you with the first 100 fliers* to hand out promoting your fundraising
weekend. Additional fliers requested will be printed at your expense. We will also
provide the flier in PDF.

*100 flyers in Black & White or 25 in Color

Your Part:
PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE the event by having your group distribute the flyers
provided and follow-up to encourage your friends, family, coworkers, etc to help you
in your fund raising efforts. Your shoppers will enjoy a wonderful selection of quality
and unique plant materials and gift items.

Exceptions:
The promotion is not valid with any other, coupons or offers provided by Yamasaki
Nursery.

Donation Determination:
We will require the flyer be present at the time of purchase, so that we can track your
efforts. Shoppers will receive a Yamasaki receipt for their purchases, as well as their
portion of the flyer stating how much they spent. At the completion of your weekend,
we will provide you with the number of sales and dollars generated (less sales tax)
along with your donation check.
